Bar Brasilia

For a night of lively crowd over a cold beer, Bar Brasilia is a place to be. The bar’s classic yet vigorous atmosphere was inspired by Rio botequim. Most of its furnishings are of antique woods rescued from some of the buildings once surrounding it. Open from Monday to Sunday 4:00 pm to 2:00 am, tourists should not miss it the savory snack it serves called kibes which are made from ground beef.

Gate’s Pub

A pub-club, Gate’s Pub is among the few in Brasilia to offer tourists with varied night performances throughout the week. Thus, its opening time is also varied; 9:00 pm on Mondays and Wednesday, 10:00 pm every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, and 11:00 pm on Fridays. The admission range from R$5 – R$18, but discounts are given before 11:00 pm.

Othello Piano Bar

If you are looking for a place that’s mellow and away from big crowds, then Othello Piano Bar should be on top of your list. The bar’s owner is a Carioca who has a penchant for music from Rio botequins. It opens daily, except on Mondays, from 6:00 p m to 2:00 am.

Pôr-do-Sol

One of the most frequented places by the students from the University of Brazil, Pôr-do-Sol is a great venue to meet different people in Brasilia at night. Selling beer at very low prices, many young people enjoy their night here drinking, talking, and some partying.
